Wash & Fold Service Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form and/or leaving items with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

You are authorizing us to wash, dry, and fold your laundry according to the preferences selected in this form or provided at drop-off. We will handle items with reasonable care and industry-standard practices.

2. Inspection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Checking all pockets before drop-off Removing personal items, valuables, and fragile items Notifying us of any special care instructions

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (such as pens, lip balm, or liquids).

3. Sorting & Washing

Unless otherwise requested, laundry may be sorted and washed with similar colors and fabrics using standard commercial laundry procedures.

We are not responsible for:

Color bleeding Shrinkage Fabric wear due to normal washing and drying processes Items labeled “dry clean only” that are included in wash & fold service 

4. Damage & Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage (tears, loose seams, stains, fading) Damage resulting from normal laundering of delicate or unstable fabrics Items that are not labeled or identified properly for special care 

5. Lost or Misplaced Items

Every effort is made to properly track and return all items. However, we are not liable for:

Items not properly labeled or identified at drop-off Small or loose items (socks, undergarments) that may be misplaced

We recommend using a clear laundry bag or clearly labeled bag for all drop-offs.

6. Valuables

We are not responsible for cash, jewelry, electronics, or other valuables left in garments or laundry bags.

7. Stains & Cleaning Results

We do not guarantee removal of stains. Some stains may become permanent during washing or drying.

8. Turnaround Time

Estimated completion times are not guaranteed and may vary based on volume, machine availability, or operational delays.

9. Storage Fees

Completed orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. After 7 days, a storage fee of $10 per day may apply.

Items unclaimed after 60 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

10. Liability Limitation

Our total liability for any claim related to lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of:

The actual cash value of the item, or $100 per order, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Agreement

By submitting this form or leaving items with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
